Shipping policy

HKA USA customer order shipping rates are based on the weight of your purchase and your order location. Shipping rates and details are shown before the final checkout stage. 

As we ship via UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS), we cannot guarantee shipping times. Average shipping times for the mainland USA are 7-10 business days (not including order processing times, weekends or holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 10am PST, weekends, or holidays will not be shipped until the next business day.

International Customers:
Please contact us at info@hkausa.com for all warranty/return/exchange inquiries, due to the unique restrictions, costs and logistics involved with each country, these are processed on a case by case basis. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. All international returns and exchanges are at HKA USA discretion. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain proof of postage as HKA USA cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive. HKA USA does not cover the cost for returning items outside of the United States and Canada.

Additional Shipping & Refund Information 

Back Orders:
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges & Cancellation Policy:
Your customized order is not part of the 1 year HKA USA guarantee. HKA USA tested our products through general usage; however everyone works out at different intensity levels. Additionally, we manufacture your custom order specifically for you, and the manufacturing process starts when you place your order. All orders, or pre-orders, that include customization of any kind, cannot be cancelled after the customization process has begun.

If you wish to cancel and order, or change customization, please do so as soon as possible. Our service team will do our best to accommodate your request.How To Return An ItemYour item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.Please email us at info@hkausa.com to request a refund and we will get back in-touch with you promptly. Custom orders are non refundable.
