Refund policy

We know you will be happy with your purchase. But in case you are not, perhaps the size is a little off or just isn't right for you—we will send you a replacement or issue you a quick refund within 45 days of the date of purchase.

In addition, every product purchased comes with the “HKA USA Warranty.” This guarantees your product is free from a manufacturer defect or it will be repaired or replaced within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any related shipping cost will be our responsibility as well.
